In California at least the dealer must disclose the credit report and score that they run to you. It is a shame that this must not be the case in many states.

The point is procurement doesn’t set budgets and being pulled in front of congress to defend contracts doesn’t make her anymore involved in setting or determining budgets. Even if she is the head of procurement her pay grade isn’t high enough to be involved in these discussions.

You spoke to someone in procurement about budget talks far above her pay grade? I’m sure she is privy to what the president, his cabinet and the legislature are talking about behind closed doors. She won’t know a damn thing until it happens, like every other government employee.
