you make a great point. these place that roll out Safe Haven laws don’t think through the situation the parents are in at time of surrendering a baby. plus she just gave birth alone it seems, all her hormones were out of wack. she wasn’t in a place to make a logical decision obviously.

these places with Safe Haven laws do a SUCK ASS job of outreach to inform their communities. obviously this woman is not in a healthy environment and had no one to reach out to, but to be in a sorority and on a college campus and not know about Safe Haven is a failure of the school and her sorority.
