We just had a statistic in the news about more minority children being born in the US than white children. That doesn't seem to support the need to protect minority babies from abortion.

From what I have seen most of the vegetables they serve are frozen. The school in question is two thousand students or so, I suppose fresh, raw vegetables for that many kids would be difficult, and expensive.

Making school food healthy doesn't really accomplish much if it sucks. I know a couple of high school kids that maybe eat lunch two days a week at school, simply because they don't like awful, tasteless, steamed vegetables and the rest of the cafeteria food.
