Kind of lame, to be honest. After all the heat they've been taking ever since they announced this thing, they might as well air it. Pulling it at the last minute won't save any face.

That calculus regarding which artists get the "Their cultural contributions are too important to talk about this stuff" treatment and which don't has always been kind of strange.

Is it? I thought this was all sourced to one anonymous guy claiming to be a former British spy.

Sure. They can fine Lesnar whatever they want. What seems silly is Hunt claiming they should then turn around give the money to him.

According to Hunt’s lawyer, before filing the lawsuit she asked the UFC to give Lesnar’s purse—minus the $250,000 fine—to Hunt, and to commit to a clause in Hunt’s contract that would entitle him to future opponents’ entire purse if they failed a drug test. The UFC declined.

Stallone denies starting the rumor. He claims that Gere thinks he did, though.

Supporting role. Doesn't count.

Obligatory:

I'm genuinely shocked that they showed the black child version of Charlie getting shot and I'm not entirely convinced it was a good decision.

Genuinely confused by the comments here. I always thought the consensus was that Costner's westerns are mostly good-to-great works. So the idea of him making another one should be considered positive news. Aside from Wyatt Earp, I like all his westerns, especially Open Range. Evidently consensus has shifted.

Late to the party on this one, but I was bothered by that final fight scene. There were a couple of shots where we could clearly see Sun and Wolfgang fighting different individuals (separated by several feet) simultaneously. Can't come up with any way to make sense of it when only one of them is physically there. So

I like to imagine most of them nodding in agreement with Skip Bayless, and then suddenly realizing how far they’ve sunk.

Fast-10 Your Seatbelts

I'd be concerned about this if I were Chris. The only reason anybody thinks he's even marginally talented is by comparing him to Liam. If this new one turns about to have even the slightest bit of acting ability, the illusion will be broken.

I think that’s what was happening the first time Maeve woke up. They were cleaning & disinfecting her insides.

He even got the crowd to do a sarcastic "You Deserve It!" chant for his participation award. I loved that segment.

I'm more into the idea of doing a private detective type story with him.

I mean it's clearly awful no matter what, but considering that he was being accused of filming an actual rape over the weekend, then this kind of has to be better.

I think they’ll keep Hopkins around for another season, but not as a host. They’ll use him for flashbacks to further explain his “new narrative” since so much of it was planned offscreen.
