My wife started her new job a little over a month before they all had to telework, and she has similar stress about learning the job remotely. It’s slowed down her ability to get answers and to have faster clarifying conversations. 

We split the chore load fairly well between my wife and I, but I tend to be the default dog minder, fixit person, dinner cook, and vacuumer. We just had the bathroom sink stopper doohickey break (metal lever piece rusted away) which isn’t a difficult fix, except that I don’t feel like I can just hop out to the store…
