In a day when you can find good but not great DVD players for $20 US... how much more expensive does it make the machine to put that into a console? I know a lot of people use Netflix now, but they need to expand and have more titles.

It won't make any difference unless they let the developers in on it's graphical tricks. Nintendo has always had better graphics than it's third party developers, and I think that's bullshit. Super Mario Galaxy is still the best looking game on the system and it shouldn't be that way.
