Yeah, the walkout—at least as described by these two articles—was limited to the camera crew. It’s not clear whether any other crew walked out. Given the conditions described, I certainly wouldn’t blame them if they did, but I haven’t seen it confirmed anywhere. I hope we get some more details!

The Green Album really did grow on me, but I’m pretty sure the reason it grew on me was because it was slightly disappointing at the time (though given how much the lore post-Pinkerton, grew I’m not sure any record could’ve lived up to my expectations) and seemed kinda like a computer generated a bunch of Weezer…

I’m totally one of those boring “Weezer was the most important band for teenage me, but I fell out of love after Maladroit”-guys. That said, I really appreciate this list, for a couple of reasons:

I’m by no means a Weezer afficionado but it was really great to read someone writing with passion and eloquent enthusiasm about something they love.
