What’s your take on these soldiers who had MAGA hats with them and had them signed too? Is the military mostly the MAGA type even now? 

I don’t have any citations/references at hand, but I believe there have been studies done involving things like going for a daily nature walk or having a window showing forest or similar possibly helping depression.

As a former Navy Officer who held a TS SPECAT clearance and frequently acted as the ship’s handler for SEAL operations in Kuwait and Iraq, I would expect that they would be transferred out of theater now.

Republicans only care about things like OpSec until Trump decides it’s no longer important. Pretty much like they really cared about things like honoring veterans and POWs, and the terrorists in countries like Syria and Afghanistan before they could kill us here, until Trump decided those things didn’t matter either.

Being in nature can make a huge difference, and it’s one of the reasons I always try to take my clients outside for therapy. Even if it’s just to a park. I used to work only steps away from the beach, and my clients loved when we would go down to the shore for therapy. 

It may seem like bullshit but being in nature even just someone’s woodsy neighborhood can do wonders. I love hiking on wooded trails and being in nature when my depression is winning.
