How is the concept of unionized labor the problem? I can understand having a problem with the state of organized labor, the practical realities, or some of the bad decisions unions have made. But to hate the entire idea of workers being represented collectively is kind of anti-freedom.

Three shifts. They can't swap pilots on an F-16.

I should hope that, in their zeal to make a better-looking game that they wouldn't put the specs so high that only dedicated gaming rigs could handle it. Doesn't seem possible. I'm sure whatever PC you have on hand is adequate to the task.

All valid points, but from my perspective giving an e-reader a beefy processor so it can do real-time color conversion and video just makes it another energy hog. I'd take the opposite approach. Make it color, but pare down the on-board electronics to a minimum level so it can be cheap, light and long-lasting (both

The question is will Invisible Shield stick over the waterproof nanocoating?

The only piece of electronics I've encountered with that kind of option is the Chevy Volt. In that case, since it's a freaking car and therefore uses quite a lot of juice, it's supposed to help you hit the off-peak rates but still be fully charged by your morning departure time. There's no reason why a phone couldn't

Unfortunately that means no video, unless the processor is also beefy enough to translate the color space of the video in real time. Also no digital photographs for the same reason, but that's not as big a processor challenge as video. E-books, newspapers and comics made for the device can be processed in CMYK by

Samsung at least tends to take their sweet time coming out with OS updates for my Epic 4G, I only got 2.3.3 a month ago. It probably won't meet the specs for ICS anyway, so I may need to bite the bullet and buy some new hardware if I ever see anything from ICS I really need.

They did invest, it just didn't work. They've been selling various photo printers and digital cameras since 1998 at least (when I was working at Staples in high school.) It just didn't work. Established electronics companies and camera manufacturers out-competed them, but the investments were made. They failed fair

This is running on the assumption that the electrical system is powered only by the solar panel, and not also by the alternator on the engine. Which would mean never ever running it at night. My read on this is "we have an alternate source of electrical power so the truck can stay on station long-term while parked

It's the best kind. The trip out is usually fun, but return trips tend to be chores, just looking at the same scenery again.

An 18-wheeler distributes its load a lot better than a plane, so it wouldn't have the force necessary to break the top cover. They use this instead of gravel pits for this application specifically because you can drive support vehicles and fire trucks over the unbroken parts of the concrete; it wouldn't do to have a

CoH skipped a lot of the less interesting battles of the European war as well, so I think you could find enough interesting engagements in the Pacific to make a couple campaigns and a few multiplayer maps out of them.

Base game is $5 on Steam right now. I know it sucks, but Relic was just kind of mean with the registration requirements on this one, and buying another copy is probably the easiest thing to do to solve it.

In simulations, this bird can kill basically everything in the air but Eurofighter Typhoons at a 40:1 ratio. Even if that's exaggerated, I think 175 will be enough for our current and near future needs. Besides, it's not like we've burned the blueprints or anything.

Stabbing and the bomb rolling motion definitely needed work; bomb rolling should let me get away with pointing slightly down, not straight down. Maybe for consistent stabbing they could allow the use of a nunchuck motion as a modifier like they do for the spin and mortal blow, so a sword attack that immediately

His name is Dog.

Casey tried this, and his butter suitcase was seized at customs. And consumed immediately.

Well said. I'd also point out that wanting the providers of technology and wireless services to behave ethically and fairly, for these corporations to respect the law, and for lawmakers to make the laws fair, is not the same as demanding these things stop existing.

They're about like having a small rock thrown into your face by a good pitcher. So, you go outside and try that and we'll wait until you come back. I have no real problem with using something that nasty against an actual criminal as an alternative to an actual bullet, but that is not what happened here.
