First off, I believe On_2 presented the information on people who overstay visas to basically point out that people who have filed under DACA are a small, limited group. It’s only around 800,000 people. There are also strict requirements for eligibility to DACA, so it’s not like this group is going to get larger.

It’s also not unconstitutional. DACA was never struck down by The Supreme Court. With most politicians assume “facts” are grossly out of context, with the MAGA crowd just assume all “facts” are alternative.
