In Williamsburg, found a warehouse that just got converted to condos. N 4th between Wythe and Berry. Wife handled everything, hell the garage under our hi-rise was 375 for my land rover, if you come to the burg, and drive to any of the newer buildings/hotels they all have discounts.
The one downside of NYC, I pay $300/mo to park my land rover, which I want to do an engine swap on... the one thing I miss about living in Tampa... I had a 3 car attached garage, and a full workbench, hoist, stand... NYC has its ups and downs, but I definitely miss my past time of wrenching and learning.... although…
