Ignoring the 360 last gen would have been taking a risk but this gen not so much. A dev can prosper with just the PS4 and the PC. Add on the fact that 80% of the time any game that isn't an FPS, Racing or Sports game does worst on Xbox consoles, which makes it even harder for devs.

I know right it looks so great on the PC. All PS4 players have to look forward to is Infamous SS, The Order 1886, Drive Club (whenever they decide to release that), Uncharted 4, God of War 4 and the better console version of whatever muliplat is released.

Actually its pretty stupid. MS is basically saying you need to release a game on our console first or at the same time as the competition or you can't release it on our console at all. This doesn't surprise me at all. Crysis 2 on Gaikai looked beautiful even though for me it only played at 2 frames. You gotta have a crazy amount of bandwith to play any current or future game at 60 frames.
