I think it was the rainbow coffee cup last week that tipped me (straight, white & clueless) to Trent’s identity. There could certainly have been a longer lead-in, but this show already has so many characters to manage that the breadcrumbs can only be stretched out so far.

I REFUSE!

Even if they’re not funny, they’re still dogs, so I for one am always rooting for them. If they come out with a bunch of crazy energy, that’s adorable. If they’re anxious and trembly (or rigid with fear), that’s also adorable plus my heart goes out to them. And if they actually do what they’re supposed to do, they’re

Out of my way, I’m getting those Earthworm Jim rights and nobody’s gonna stop me!

Needs more Krypto the Superdog. That’s all I’ll say.

It’s a very good show(!), and in ways that set it apart from the rest of the Berlantiverse. Just for fun, I’ve been trying to imagine that opening sequence from the other week’s episode, where Lois is going to a montage of doctor appointments and growing tense and frightened and deeply relatable, happening on The Flash

Was that show Superman & Lois? You can admit it. This is a safe space.

I feel like a Sarah Sherman/Molly Shannon two-hander would have been fertile ground for a weird character sketch, but I guess it was not to be. Maybe next time!

Another avatar of Ken-ergy: from TV’s Chuck, Devon “Captain Awesome” Woodcomb, M.D. True, he’s more accomplished and capable than some of the examples above, but thanks to his secret superspy brother-in-law, Devon often gets pulled out of his comfort zone and left to cope with mortal peril armed only with his confidenc

Points taken off for Axe Wove not responding with “This is the Way.” Are we trying to preserve our cultural mumbo-jumbo here or not, people?

I first encountered her playing an angel on A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift of All.

That one felt a lot like a Conan O’Brien sketch to me, which is a good thing.

I would add Michael Mando to thiseyes you can get lost in” list.

Man, I had no idea Davis was so tall! I guess a lot of his scenes were either seated or hunched over in the cockpit.

This is why I’m not having much patience with people who complain about the 40+ minute runtimes of some of the episodes. Ordinarily on a Bill Lawrence show (e.g. Scrubs, Cougar Town, etc.) you have primary, secondary, and tertiary characters who all get their own arcs or at least extended screen time with some good

And just to give this far more thought than it really deserves: I have to imagine that Susan’s partner (Carol) knows a lot more about her marriage with Ross than the rest of the gang (or the audience) does, and that could well be the main reason why they don’t get along. Ross’s first marriage is almost never discussed

The owlbear, however, went the other direction. It started off looking like one of the scarier Jim Henson creations in 1st edition AD&D and has gotten cuter and cuter over time.

In the first episode of Lucky Hank there’s a scene where he’s running down the street to catch up to another character who’s jogging, and I’m not gonna lie, I was worried. “Who the hell wrote this scene? Be careful with Bob!”

I guess I missed that. Good catch!

That was a mighty long, uninterrupted piss Zava took during that scene, and with a gorgeous woman berating him the whole time at that! He must have put away quite a few pints during the match.
