Florida’s Sunshine Law already allows for the release of the tape. However, a judge a while back agreed to hear Kraft’s argument against it becoming public. Under Florida law, Kraft’s guilt or innocence has no bearing on whether or not that tape is considered a government record subject to release.

I’d like to hear more hardcore “tennis people” chime in on this rule. Is coaching with hand signals typically enforced? Do Serena and her coach have a history of violating the rule? Were they more blatant about it?
