It doesn’t matter if they are at the race venue itself or the studio, they have no control over the live feed of the race, only Bernie’s minions do. Mr. Ecclestone does not allow anyone except his broadcast team film the event, except in China where they give some concessions on controlling what is aired to the CRP

OK legally you are correct...but its hard to argue with the fact that the two organizations have structured themselves around one another in such a way that they both have much to gain with mutual cooperation. In other words the only reason they aren't technically the same company is so they can dodge anti-trust

I wear it all, the only exception is I’ll skip the riding pants every once in a long while for a pair of Carhartts or some other pair of heavy jeans. I’ve crashed at high speeds at the track and at low speed when someone ran a stop sign. So far the low speed one hurt the worst (bruised knee and a scrapped calf) so I’m

I’m going to second Wes here. When my wife first started riding with me we bought her a Scorpion EXO 400, one of the MOST COMFERTABLE helmets I’ve EVER worn (it became a back up helmet after she bought a newer one) but that thing seemed like it weighed 40lbs! my neck would ache after a 15min ride to get a six pack! So

I’m lucky enough to have a wife that works at a local shop and was able to “earn” a free Arai through a sales promotion back in 2005. She had recently bought a Shoei so she let me pick up my current Corsair 5 Nicky Hayden replica. I washed the front end out on my zx-6r at 80MPH+ at the track wearing the first lid

Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Our founding fathers may have had Christian values but the above statement doesn’t say anything about God, Christ, Buddha, Allah or the like. I personally find myself walking right down the center on many of todays issues and I also live my life according to Christian

I raved a couple months ago in the article about the H2R about how awesome it is that Kawasaki, and Ducati (well at least the did) are building ridiculous bikes like this for the public. I said they were pointlessly awesome because of their batshit craziness and that’s why they worked....Honda, I guess, doesn’t fallow

Seriously wicked boat but as a marine maintenance tech for a government agency the wood floors are a bit much. Those shock mitigation seats have to be at lest $15k a piece but then you cover the floor with wood? It would be slick as hell after the first bit of rain on deck and basically annihilated from foot traffic

Like someone else on here said the good guys (which I would like to think I could count myself as) will leave certain things out of the repair order write up if they know that it A: didn't cause the issue and B: Would be a red flag to the OEM when submitting the claim. But if they don't then the problem is that it

I'm not disagreeing with you, rather just offering possible insight. The exhaust is powertrain related so therefore it will be considered a powertrain modification and that is why they are giving you a hard time. I spent 5 years wrenching on Subaru's at a dealership. I have absolutely no experience with Mercury's so I

Uuuuuh don't know if you know this or not but Customs and Boarder Protection has been doing this for years....In addition to their boarder security duties they constantly support local and federal law enforcement with the same or similar systems talked about in this article. They fly all over the U.S. and they were

I've been lucky enough to work one hangar away from the Heritage Flight Museum in Bellingham WA until their recent move. They fly their P-51 , Val-Halla, almost weekly. The sounds that thing makes are chilling, from first fire up to its signature "lean pop" while taxiing. It's usual pilot is Greg Anders I believe (son

The theory is that it quickens steering response and improves chassis feedback but also doesn't result in as much NVH as a typical solid strut brace. Cool idea, it'll be interesting to see if it works

You should really just walk away from your computer bro. The fact that you earlier argued that your mustang is a better car really shows you know absolutely nothing about chassis dynamics. If you don't like the car then just go home and let the people that do like it talk about it. You've already shoved your foot in

I fully understand your argument. 14 years since my first ride on my first bike I still have absolutely nowhere near enough talent to get the maximum out of the 160rwhp my almost stock 07 zx10 makes. I have friends that have dumped thousands into their cars and I can still annihilate them getting on the freeway by

This thing is bat-shit crazy awesomeness. It's not about its numbers it's about the insanity. How often do large manufacturers ACTUALLY produce things like this. Something that has no purpose except to be loony! Yes other manufacturers are making race replicas but this is different. People aren't loosing their minds

You can make the flairs wider but cutting the stock fenders and clearancing the flairs but the body work under the O/B flairs is the same as a legacy so you cant just lower an OB then slap on wider rims and tires, fyi. This is a common practice with (obviously) gorgeous results when done right.

It takes a little bit of work but you can swap all the legacy suspension components into the outback, then you have a legacy with rally flairs lol. IMO lowered O/Bs look better as well

It took me almost 8 months to find our 08 XT, Diamond Gray, no NAV with the 5spd auto (I specifically wanted all those options) I had to drive 350 miles one way to get it and we paid $16.5 (just about what NADA says puts it at the NW corner of the country) for it with 64K miles. I also would have taken an H6 but I had

I work on boats for a living and worked at a Subaru dealership before that so feel free to tell me my hypothesis is full of crap but to me it looks like there are an upper control arm and lower control arm or a lower bar that triangulates with a completely isolated arm that holds the shock/coilover. To me the double
