@Dane Walton: App store has a lot of third party music players. I personally use TuneWiki a lot, but there are at least dozens of them out there, they even use the ipod apis to allow background music playing.

@cc: Great local searches on the iPhone version as well. Really just missing turn by turn. I have never owned a turn by turn system so I don't miss that part, but use google maps constantly in the car. Damn battery killer that its GPS usage is.

I don't know much about Chrome OS, is it targeting things like netbooks and possibly tablets or is the plan for it to be a windows / osx replacement for desktop computers?
