I don't think they start off that way, but by the time they're done they are tired of everyone being lazy and making excuses. They want to meet quota, they want everyone to look perfect, they want to be taken seriously, and most people are just trying to slack off and make it through the week.

No I don't. As much as I like his music, I also really love Katy Perry and find John's behavior to be somewhat odd and sometimes out of line. Also I haven't been a huge fan of his more recent stuff, but the very last release was quite good.
