I just bought a couple of Wet ‘n’ Wild’s new liquid lipsticks (Liquid Catsuit) and they are DOPE. Don’t feel too drying at all, to me. Also theBalm makes really great ones.

Cover Girl Super Sizer is my favorite. If you need something that won’t flake or smear for sure, though, a tubing mascara is your best bet. Cover Girl does make a fibers version of the Super Sizer that is supposedly pretty good, but I haven’t tried it so I can’t recommend it, obviously. I do quite like L’Oreal Double…
