I like MUFE Smoky Extravagant a LOT.
I like MUFE Smoky Extravagant a LOT.
Yeah, I just wait. There was a pretty sweet Dior 500 pt perk awhile ago. The last time I cashed any in it was a Tarte 500 pt that had a mini park ave princess bronzer, mini mascara, mini brazilliance tanner in it, which was a pretty good one.
Hey fellow hooded-eye sister! Mine isn't as extreme as that tutorial though... Just took me a bit of time to learn to put my crease color just a little ABOVE the crease. Made all the difference!
It DOES look like the foundation match is slightly off, but I think you're getting fooled by the redness in her cheeks. Her skin appears to actually be on the slightly warm side of neutral.
I have that problem at MAC too, not because I'm pale, but because I'm pretty strongly neutral, leaning to olive. Every time I walk in there, they go "ooh, you're so OLIVE" and struggle hard with the match (which is pretty funny, because I don't lean too hard that way, but their lighting always fools their SAs a…
Hey, you do you! I don't mind if someone wants to pay that way... But if someone like you is in a big group, what happens more often than not is that someone will tell me to put the cash tab's drinks on theirs and split it later. There would be no way I would let a party of 40 not start tabs if they're at a pub style…
So much this. I would much rather split the check. Also, I've worked at brew-pub type places before, and mostly always started tabs, with credit cards, when I took their first order. Takes a little longer to get started, sure, but life is so much easier for everyone by the end.
I'm not sure where you got that I would necessarily be rude back. Some random person on the street says to smile and nothing else? Yeah, they can go fuck themselves, though I'm far more likely to just ignore them than say anything. In the situation you described earlier I'd let it go. That doesn't mean it's okay! I…
No, we understand that it's a "conversation starter" or whatever. Still inappropriate, still rude.
Ah, thanks!
Yeah, they aren't the greatest as eyeshadows, but she's using them has highlights and contour and they are lovely that way!
Good call! I definitely have about eight concealers banging around my vanity, so I probably ought to finish a couple, but I might pull the trigger anyway. I'm less worried about my dark circles than I am about the redness around and under my nose though; do you think that concealer would work well for that? I'm still…
Oh, they can still be lovely. Just a light touch though. :)
I gave up on completely trying to hide my dark circles and now just use L'Oreal Lumi... thing (or any of the myriad Touché Éclat drugstore dupes) to just make it a little brighter. So you say the Amazing is worth it? I might have to give it a try!
Ooh, this is true. Walked into Sephora just to get my birthday gift and a Jack Black lip balm, ALSO left with an Hourglass Dim Light and a NARS eyeshadow duo. Then I went to MAC. I have a problem.
Careful, those skinlights are really nice but if you have oily skin, they can go disco-ball shiny in a hurry!
FIRST of all, this series of articles isn't about making recommendations. She's just sharing her daily routine; if you see something that might work for you, you now know what it is and can try it out! (Not to mention, Sephora does a 20% everything sale twice a year if you're a Beauty Insider, and sometimes you can…
You know what's wrong about what you just said? It invalidates someone's feelings. We're not a bunch of self-centered idiots, you know. Everyone understands that someone always has it worse. But people are allowed their feelings.
Pink did a collaboration last year with Dallas Green (aka City and Colour) called You + Me and it is fucking FANTASTIC. Fair warning, it sounds mostly like a City and Colour record (so... It's folk-y). But they sound so good together.
Lol!!! But... Cover Girl hasn't been a sponsor of ANTM for at least six cycles.
