I think you missed my point. I enjoy the game, and I understand that some people feel the need to maximize their efficiency while playing; but for me, just spending time walking around enjoying the fresh air is time well spent, playing the game gives me more enjoyment during those times. Oh I hear you, but the comments in here are kind of crazy. Niantic might not be a great company, but people are acting like they’ve been personally attacked.

I guess I’m in the minority then. I’ve loved going for walks after work everyday and just catching what I catch. Even if I get nothing good, I went for a walk in the evening - to me, that’s worth the time spent.

Yeah, I’ve definitely had good experiences with the nearby list, but I’m only level 19. If I can’t find a pokemon, it doesn’t get on my nerves, because all I did was go for a walk then.
