Also, people are assuming that his conviction will be overturned necessarily - not so. In many cases where a convict commits suicide the court rules that since the party committed suicide it automatically ended any appeals and the verdict stands.
I’m almost certain that’s wrong. I know the conviction can’t be used in trial (since it’s nullfied), but I believe the evidence is fair game.
