I get that this is a good way to have cash on hand. However, you can't pretend that this is good financial practice. Your money will lose value just sitting there. So, per your first sentence, it is losing something.

If you have that kind of money get a financial advisor. Or two.
With inflation you bet you are losing something. Cash sitting there is worth less (has less buying power) when you take it out.
My neighbor (the penultimate Southern Good Ol' Boy soaks chicken livers in it for days on end then uses these to catch catfish.
It all depends on your climate and usage. Dry and dusty or wet and muddy; city riding or trails. Your best bet is go to a local bike shop, tell them what kind of riding you do and they will recommend a good lube for your climate.
Kinder suprise eggs, and you can get them in Canada/other places that aren't the USA.
You know your needs, meet them and know how to adjust if needed. Pretty awesome, actually.
You would.
The FBI's threat of federal prison only had teeth because Sabu committed crimes! This wasn't kidnapping or blackmail, it was (in a sense) plea bargaining. Because Sabu committed crimes. He suffered nothing he didn't set himself up for. In fact, it can be considered a favor the FBI even gave him the option to avoid…
I had the exact same thought. This is reinventing the wheel.
It seems like you could at least export multiple images with different focal points, and then combine them in Photoshop or similar.
Some of us don't have to wait to experience this!
My comment was in jest.
Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.
That too. I think these are a horrible idea.
That's a great question that I didn't even consider. It does look like getting stuff between the sole and shoe is very likely, which would mean you are wearing down 3 surfaces (top and bottom of sole, bottom of shoe) while walking around.
I'm all about saving money on gear, but with footwear you often do get what you pay for. If you try a pair of $200 boots for a while, I would expect the difference between "going strong" and "excellent support, traction and lightness" would be apparent.
Your reasoning is weak, and I think you know it. God does not necessarily mean creationism, fake fossils, immaculate conception, Tebowing, or anything else you attribute to God. Not everyone believes in the same God, or if they do, what exactly this God has done/taught. You are pitting current scientific understanding…
I use a liquid hand soap type of Fast Orange. Apply without water. Cleaning action comes from citrus-based degreaser as well as mild abrasives. I rinse with water. The citrus/abrasives combo takes any grease off, I have found.
Amen. At 6'5" and a healthy 220, I would still look like an anemic giraffe in skinny jeans.
