Why do I always feel the number of LoL players is dropping yet the production values for their media is increasing? Are the cinematic ads a sign of their success in the face of Dota 2 or rather an attempt to lure players back?

I like how it makes the strategies so apparent, charger can splatter walls, squis climb them, and then take pot shots. Roller wins surprises etc. it’s nice, but the single player that’s what I want to see.
