I know I personally refunded Arkham Knight twice - once at launch when everything sucked, then again when everyone had said it was fixed yet I still couldn’t get it to run properly, so I’d be willing to put money on that being at least the most refunded game over the past 2 years.

I honestly think its because PSN was built in a very hasty, corner cutting manner, causing there to be huge unexpected issues with it later on (see: changing names will apparently destroy all leaderboards). I think PSN would have major problems handling the cross platform play and Sony just doesn’t want to admit that.
