I actually use e.l.f. gel pot eyeliner. I got mine at a TJ Maxx for $3 and it does not budge. You’ll need a brush for it though, either a thin angled one or a liner brush.

They are nearly impossible to get off without soaking in acetone, if you have a nail artist that knows what he/she is doing. This is one of my favorite artists, this photo is after 5 weeks of growth and nothing is out of place or missing.
