I think you responded to the wrong person.

Again! Who are these people that could choose good daycare schools with excellent education or even nannies or to not work, but are instead choosing shitty strip-mall daycares to pawn off the raising of their children? There are no people like this. And perhaps there is a small percentage of very wealthy people who

In any case, my fundamental point is that people seem to want to “have” kids and not “raise” kids.

This!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has insurance, good insurance she said, and he still pays $9,000 a month because the insurance won’t pay. That’s not a fucking choice. Those arguments for ‘choice’ were such bullshit. Total bullshit, and absofuckinglutely Republican talking points.

That was literally how I convinced my brother not to vote for Trump. LOL.

My mother, who has been diagnosed with NPD twice by reputable shrinks.

I’m 40 as well, and was uniquely situated to feel anger at his death. My family is in the small aviation business which I was essentially running at the time (one of three jobs) while I took time off of school because I couldn’t afford it, so I had only sympathy for the Bessette’s and surviving family. This makes so much more sense. I was confused how she was even in that situation to begin with - not that I didn’t believe it, but I felt there was some missing information.

I appreciate the advice and I’ll be keeping it in mind. The good news is that one of the perks to the job is I set my schedule. I work out of my car most of the time, and am expected in the office for two hours Monday morning and beyond that, nobody cares. It’s one of the reasons I took this job.

When it goes into the new year, I can use that vacation time if I want, which I’ll probably do, upping it to five weeks

...not taking it disproportionally affects low-income women...

If you read my comment carefully, I addressed that.
