Well, Nelson is refusing to concede, because Broward is recounting the votes and it leans heavily blue. The race is *that* close. I’m just not hopeful and I’m a Democrat voter in Broward.

Scott is contesting his own race against Nelson for Senate. This has nothing to do with the govenor’s race. Technically Scott is still the govenor of Florida though, hence the title.
