Couldn’t Agree more. Modern is one of the reasons I stopped playing. It stops them from printing good standard cards, and whenever a good reprint is made, its price skyrockets.No power creep, but lots of price creep.

Nah it’s not. You do have to follow them to see the actual discussion. It boils down to, one of them enjoys the game for the stories it tells, the other for the environment it creates and how it does that. I would say you have to check the posts for context sometimes, as certain strips are more personal to them.

Had to look up several of those as I didn’t start until much later than Alpha, but that sure does sound fun :D will try something like that for our next Star Commander night (ultra long but ultra fun)
