@cdwalker: Right branch of the military but wrong service. The DPV was used by the SEALs, Force Recon Marines used this puppy.

I'm a fan of the whole MRAP thing in general but the FPI Cougar H and Cougar HE are some of the best.
@RoughHouser: Ohhh tough break, that really blows
I really like a well done camo paint job. Most of the time it looks like garbage but when somebody puts the time into making a good pattern it can come out really nice.
@Ubel: "How did you lose the leg?"
Nothing says hello and and have a good flight like a burly man lady TSA employee slapping your junk around at 7am.
@Dirt Pirate: Wrong Lotus, this is Lotus F1 Not Proton Lotus which makes the customer cars and is Malaysian owned. This is going to get a whole lot more confusing when Proton Lotus enters F1 eventually.
I've caught shoe laces in bike wheels and that really sucked, I would really really really hate to see what would happen if that cord/wire/string on the riders back snagged something.
@maximum_sarge: I'm just saying that it was already done by another blogger that sometimes gets cross posted with Jalopnik so I was just wondering where the shout out was and the video that went with the story.
This was featured on Car Guy Dad like a week and a half ago come on Jalopnik get with it.
@Franzouse: It was buzzed vs tired. They chose buzzed because technically it is legal to drive that way as is tired so they wanted to see which of the legal but impaired drives was worse.
Having an extra 160bhp will do that as well as the fact that it's the only 4 wheel drive car there. The really impressive thing is that it came in 6th place overall. That means they beat 2 LMP1 cars, 1 Formula Le Mans car, 2 GT1 cars, and the entire GT2 field.
@humjaba: Yeah and Lingenfelter is a company has also has to do customer cars at the same time so they didn't have 4 months of solid time to dedicate to one car. It doesn't matter how old the design is, it's still comparing apples to oranges. I promise you that if the Camaro had an automatic box in it and a trans…
@humjaba: That Mustang engine was a fully race built and prepped engine that cost easily as much as this engine. Also the Mustang was running an automatic transmission with a trans brake compared to the 6-speed in the Camaro, ask any drag racer what is faster out of the two of those set-ups.
There is Renault really working for their Lada sponsorship
What the picture of him hunting shirtless wasn't "adventuresome" enough?
He put in a pretty impressive run at the Daytona this year in the Turner M6. I believe he also cooked a burger wrapped in foil in the engine bay while they were racing. Anybody who can grill and race at the same time is a winner in my book.
@Maxximtl: But that fan would be blowing air through a hot radiator. Heat is heat, it makes no difference if it's dyno run heat or track day heat.
@GV_Goat: Yeah I guess, it just seems a little counter productive
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't placing a cold air intake directly over a hot radiator kinda cancel out the whole theory of having a cold intake charge.
