the audio does have a bit of a tinny-echoey thing going on, and i was wondering if it was just me?

this is the clear answer i needed. thanks.

streaming in general annoys me but i’m a cranky old fuck. i just want to play games. watching ppl play them is like pass the controller bro

he’s fuckin sick with it

thanks. i actually got conflicting answers though about subscribing versus following. it is confusing.

come on my guy, no need to be pedantic. i got like 5 other replies of people who actually thought for 2 seconds about what i wrote, and we figured it out.

i actually have the prime twitch thing setup for free games and stuff, but if i sub to this guy will i lose my prime sub?

anyway to check out moz’s stuff without making a twitch account? it says i need to subscribe to watch? i don’t even know what that means.

save the world was never really alive

Rapcoin gonna crash

I tried a few arcade levels and it’s just very disorganized with zero quality control. Got into two broken/janky ass maps and gave up on it for now. Feels like the kind of experience that makes ppl never want to open arcade again.

these benchmarks are at ultra settings, so if a 770 can pull 30 fps at ultra, you should still find a playable game at lowest settings on a 660. i am just speculating to be honest but it’s a solid bet.

Newegg is starting to add sales tax at least for me in PA. I was very surprised. They were always waiving tax before

Now playing

that was sick, here’s another one i like (not food related but good music)

that’s it for women characters? how disappointing.

people are saying similar things about kingdom come - interesting way to look at the games we enjoy, but ultimately boils down to... am i enjoying this or not?

yea, that’s an underrated feature of ps4 is plugging headphones into the controller, makes it so easy. i can muster up some respect for what they were trying with senua, but at the end of the game, i sort of wished i hadn’t spent money on it, just not for me.

IMO the combat was also one of the worst things about witcher 3. and i was not new to the series at that point, i had played through witcher 2 twice. i wonder how you’d feel about the combat in kingdom come, which is criticized by many but i happen to find super satisfying.

yea, i can respect the audio and art design if i am being less cynical about the whole thing, but i must insist the combat was basic, uninspired, and super repetitive. it felt like a complete chore when i had to stop and fight. i’d argue it hurt the flow on top of being plain not-fun.

hot take: senua had super weak game play, and was one of the most self-indulgent games i played in 2017.
