Based on this election, the national Democratic party should be spending money on +20 red districts. Just not +27 (or +33!) districts.

Seven points is not a narrow victory. It’s a good indicator of how insane it was that there was a chance in this district — that there was so much movement from previous elections (usually 30+ blowouts by the Republicans) and it still wasn’t enough.

I think the big issue is that there are no replacement options for the various legendary quests. Most decks have budget options or the acknowledgement that the deck will be weaker, but still with the same general flow or goal.
