Nissans current crop of new products aren’t bad. But that’s the problem. They aren’t good either. There’s nothing that edges an Altima out over a Camry. Or a Pathfinder over a Highlander. And despite Hyundai’s hideous offerings, they still offer a hell of a deal on their cars and a great warranty.

The article says:

Audi moved to turbocharging in all of those engines about 5 years ago.

“Her 2015 Forester then began to shudder violently and spew smoke from the tailpipe. Her mechanic diagnosed the problem as the car being a 2015 Forester. ‘I’ve never been so humiliated and outraged in my life,’ Alexander said.

This is the biggest difference about the two companies. Porsche, under-promise, over-deliver. Tesla, promise the moon, deliver pizza sometime in the next 2-4 years after you have put down your deposit.

David, I feel for you. Not because you find yourself in a difficult position with another person’s car, but because I know it must kill you to work on a clean, modern car. Because I can’t just stand here idly knowing what you must be going through, here are some palate cleansers for you:

but there’s no rust...”

The first fully charged pull does not matter that much I agree. The issue is that the 5th pull is over 6 seconds on the Tesla and still under 3 on the Porsche. This means that as you go about your day of driving your ability to merge, overtake and calculate distances is different while still being in the same car. I

You mean like the states that are trying to pass school sponsored prayer? That was banned by federal law.

Ah, federalism at its best, amirite? Where are all my constitutional conservative friends now?

States rights are so important to republicans - LOL.  What a bunch of rat f*ckers.

I’m an older guy. I drove a WRX. “Drive something age-appropriate!” they said. “Aren’t you a little old for a ‘boy racer’?” they said.

GM should advertise that they were actually the first automaker to put a car in space... maybe that will get investors hard.

So what you’re saying is that GM needs to make more simple but outlandish promises.

But remember, Tesla sold the car on 11/15. When they did the audit, they were no longer the owners of the car.

man, I even put the ‘s’ at the beginning of the post so people like you wouldn’t have a rage stroke before you got to the ‘/s’ at the end.

I see Tesla is now doing with their cars what I used to do with my Bumble profiles. See, I’m not technically lying — you see, I used to be a chiseled, rippling mass of 6'4" muscle.

I’m mad about it and it didn’t even happen to me..... This is pretty horse shit... Essentially Tesla messed up and sent out a car with features it shouldn’t have had, then remotely disabled them.... nah that’s crap. They messed up, they need to eat the cost.

The hood scoop cools the turbo charger and down pipe, it is fully functional.

No one buys manual sport trucks anymore. It’s a waste of R&D for Nissan at a time where they’re already hemorrhaging money.
