For a car that basically runs two Le Mans a year, it doesn’t suprise me that drivetrain components start to become wear items.
Speaking of spoilers... remember when the Audi TT first came out and was spoilerless? When he car was subject to high speeds the flowing design acted like an airplane wing and generated lift. There was a recall that added the little lip spoiler to the rear of the car to stop them from taking off.
