Last time I was in Baden Baden I got a chance to drive an RS6 Avant. I have no experience with the standard A6 but there’s no way they share a transmission. The shifts in the RS6 were wonderful! And for perspective, my coworker and I were driving an A4 avant (diesel manual) company car at the time.
