If a product is good, people will buy it, it's as simple as that. As an example, take the movie "Abduction", it's an action movie that they probably spent over 50 millions to make, yet it got a score of ~9% on rotten tomatoes. That has nothing to do with piracy and everything to do with producing a poor product. It's

Who said I pirate anything? I buy products that I like, the rest I get from either services like spotify or netflix... It's just ignorant to blame piracy for studios not making money after putting out shitty products.

They are two examples that are very telling of the industry as a whole. Neither the movie industry nor the gaming industry is hurting, in fact they make bigger profits than they have ever made before.

"Considering what legitimate consumers must put up with in response to their actions, I find it hilarious that a gaming pirate thinks his culture isn't."

Thanks for the tip, I will remember that during my second run through!

Ah yeah, that was probably how it happened. There was also a guy shooting grenades and it seemed as if the heavy armored-guy was hurt by them when they hit him. I thought maybe that's how he was killed, but your way seems logical as well. Either way it was a tricky area for sure.

I died probably on average 3-4 times during each heavy gun fight. It was all about finding a different strategy to get through it. The difficulty added an intensity for me, there were many times I literally felt like someone was chasing me.

So you would be completely ok with it if the guy used the word "nigger" in the same context? That is what you are saying.

I don't have a problem with the gun play at all, it adds a sense of intensity for me. In the second game it was almost too easy: headshot, headshot, headshot. In this third game I kind of feel as if it's more realistic. I'm about half way through the game and I already have the "100 headshots"-trophy. That isn't too

I bought the game today, played a few hours. It is so far the most intense first hours of any game I have ever played. When that building get set on fire... it was just amazing. The story and the writing is great as usual, and everything else is improved from the second installment. It is bound to be incredibly

This is exactly what you wrote: "A word is a word, what baggage you attach to it is your decision and your fault."

I'm going to play the n-word card here. Is it ok to you for people to throw that word around whenever they want? I can tell you that it would've been a complete uproar if Blizzard would've published a video of someone using that word to describe something negative. Why is this any different? Because it's about gays?

I'm not saying that you blame him for being gay, but you're blaming him for why the word is so loaded to him.

It may be true that it's positive in some aspects because when you only have two parties there has to be some conflict in order to push things forward. But when people are SO firm in their opinions and beliefs nothing will get done. Even simple things as "Mr. X told a lie" seems to be so difficult to admit to people

Thanks, I was a little confused, first time commenting on here, although I've been a reader for a long time :)

I just want to ask how people feel about the n-word? Do you care if people throw that word around too? I mean it's also 'just a word'...

Yes I agree. It's usually so black and white. If you're a republican, you agree with everything the republicans are saying, and if you're a democrat you agree with everything the democrats are saying. I'm very politically involved and it gets frustrated when it seems as if the majority of both politicians and

I'm gay, I was never sexually abused, neither were my boyfriend, my best friend nor his boyfriend. In fact, I don't personally know any gay man that has been sexually abused as a child. It's just you.

Thanks, first tome commenting here, was a little confused, sorry :)

I'm quite confused why my comments were deleted...
