After Batman RIP is where the Morrison run really clicks together, working with stronger artists (Phillip Tan excepted) is a big help. Though I did enjoy the lovely three issues JH Williams did.

Neonomicon is well written, but utterly gross. It's the first and only comic I've ever returned to the store because I didn't want it on my shelf.
Having seen those first 7 (review goes up in 30 mins on Comicsbeat.com btw), I share your hope.
Agreed, Dexter is one of those shows that has a great hook but basically bordered on great and a giant mess even from its beginning. Ever try to watch Season 1 again? It has not aged well.
Terminator Genisys………yeah…….
Really the issue is that the show only sort of pays lip service to trauma and PTSD, making it a part of the narrative without using these issues in any way that gives a better understanding of the characters.
It's like the show feels a little gun-shy about alienating its male viewers.
Sorry, Robyn with a y, but yes another Robyn neighbor.
Got this from Sloane Leong today: https://twitter.com/sloanes…
Jessica's neighbor, Robin, is easily the worst character Marvel television has ever produced. She literally stops the show in its tracks the moment the actress is on-screen, as horrible a performance as I've seen in some time.
This is from Emma Rios, where she states that From Under Mountains "belongs to 8House". http://steinerfrommars.tumb…
The current fill-in arc is pretty meandering, though it did produce the super neat remix issue. Still, it's an enjoyable comic and one of the few that Image produces that actively holds my interest on a regular basis.
I thought it was confirmed in an interview with Churchland that From Under Mountains is an 8House prequel, and takes place a few thousand years (or centuries, one of those) before the events of 8House.
1) The Fade Out
2) Casanova
3) Nameless
4) The Wicked and The Divine
Which, hopefully, is pretty soon.
I read both of the Darkseid War one-shots, and they were *MUCH* better than last week's Superman/Flash offerings.
Darkseid War is basically Geoff Johns taking the original pitch for Final Crisis (the JLA becomes the New Gods) and basically rubs all the edges off. With that said, it's still a good deal of fun, terrible Superman one-shot aside.
First page of All Star Superman.
2015 was definitely their strongest year yet, and if you ever get a chance, I'd still suggest going back and getting at least the Carroll and Tamaki issues (I'm still awaiting the DeForge one, but I'm sure it'll be spectacular). But 2016 should be another winner, I'm especially interested in Richie Pope's offering.
I read all the latest issues of Frontier, which is basically like an alt-comix version of Solo. So great, especially the Emily Carroll and Jillian Tamaki issues. Michael DeForge is the newest one that I'm hopefully getting in the mail this week.
First issue was unsurprisingly enjoyable, with a full-on Kathmandu ending. I recommend it.
