I love these MKI MR2's, and as much as I’d like this one at $2,500, it’s a crackpipe vote. The synchros should never wear out on a Toyota of the 80's. Clearly this thing has been driven by someone that doesn’t know how to shift, or it’s been heavily abused at some point. Who knows the extent of that damage?

Any ‘dealer’ who’s elusive about the mileage of a car he’s (or she’s) selling is not to be trusted. Buy here, pay here place = run away.

$6k is a fair price in and of itself, but the market for these land yachts is pretty narrow. Not too many people are going nuts for these cars. When I think of what else I can buy in this price range that’s infinitely more enjoyable to drive, this beast gets a CP. Take this banana cream pie elsewhere.

Lambo doors = instant CP. If the owner had spare time to mess with the door hinges, then who knows what other things he ‘fixed’ that weren’t broken.
