Ugh a review that went about the task in a serious manner. AV Club and I09 went about this in much funnier way. Or the NYT -

Nothing is timeless. Enjoy your life, enjoy your hobbies. Accept that everything ends someday.

No, it was the best of times!

Thats where I first played it. I have a fond memory of lugging out my old tube tv to the living room next to the “big” family tv and hooking up my Playstation to my brothers with the link cable (anyone remember those things let alone USE them??) and we played a Red Alert PSX LAN game. Good times.

For me it was the even worse Saturn version, but I made do with what I had and loved that game. “Nuclear Launch Detected” was when I got the flashback smile. I’ll be picking this up.

Must be related to Jill.

This actually sounds like a ton of fun. I don’t own Forza.

Bethesda really needs Starfield and the new Elder Scrolls to be really good games. Amazing games. Bethesda used to be lauded for their huge open-world games, and we would look past the bugs, glitches, and terrible animations because they were one of the only companies working on such a scale. Now every other AAA game

I cannot tell the difference between starting gear and end game gear in this game.

Its both pve and pvp at the same time, often you dont really know if your fighting ai or players, at least to begin with. Its really high stakes, ie you lose most/all your stuff if you get killed but when you succeed, its incredible rewarding.  You can play both solo and coop. Really recommend it, the game is in a good

This^

Personally I would hate to have to score Death Stranding with a number, I just beat it last night and I can see everyone’s point. You gave it a 5/10? I get you, the game is a weird boring self indulgent mess. You gave it a 9/10? Yeah totally, it was a mesmerizing experience unlike anything I’ve ever played. Good

You can get the Index controllers and use them with your current headset.

The Vive uses Valves IP for their tech so I’d guess you’ll be just fine. You might want to get the Index controllers which work just fine on a Vive though. I’m sure this game will have Index specific actions dealing with individual finger movement and pressure sensitive grips.

Looks rad, though I have to say that I’m a little surprised they went the floating hands route, instead of whipping up some IK arms.

So pumped for this!

I can’t tell you how both surprised and unsurprised I am at this simultaneously. I expected google to mess this up beyond the clear and obvious problems somehow. I didn’t expect that google, the owner of gmail, would have actually have trouble sending login information emails to people.

I love paying 70+ dollars (plus a monthly fee) to have the privilege of paying full price for year-old games that will—AT BEST—have mild amounts of noticeable input latency.
