Not a Muslim, but I’m 99% sure Ramadan has an exception for travelers and anyone else who would be unable to complete the fast. If possible, they can fast at a later date when it’s no longer dangerous, or if not (for instance if they’re sick), they can feed someone else once per day they missed, or something like that.
