I started watching The Knick yesterday. People have been bringing it up to me a lot lately.

The slow version is really sexy though

Right there with you.

Yes. yes it does.

I'm embarrassed to say how sexy that version of "Call Me" was. Reminds me of The Doors.

He seems like he's in his 40s to me, but then the flashback made me think he was younger…I was thinking, 38 ish? But if his daughter is of legal age and he's younger than 38, he was a very young pop!

Now that they showed us Dodd in 1951, all I could think about how old he was…how old his four daughters are, particularly the one that stuck her thumb in Mike's butt and reminisced about the 1960s.

No

Hanzee was the only weak part for me too

ME TOO

Nora's got her work cut out for her. And I wonder who Kevin will scrape up next and bring into his home. Haha. Nora…Lily…Mary. Maybe the little boy is next (probably not)

I figured it was a flash in the pan, like the guy from Perfect Strangers. A few moments of delight

and no fingerprints or anything like that - since they care so much. I mean…things can happen to wristbands!

Haha. That was okay too, but seemed like an odd choice. But yes, I'm definitely talking about the theme song :-)

Sometimes they do screw the pooch, but they really do have some gems sometimes.

I'd never press to do "leg exercises" with someone's husband if they told me to drop it - especially if their behavior was cold and shifty. Something's obviously up. Let it go.

And he just happens to be carrying it around? WHAT IS IT?

To me it seemed like he caught a glimpse of himself and didn't like what he saw or how he was speaking to his wife.

The review came out so late (I waited for a couple of hours before giving up). maybe the reviewer was in haste to watch and assumed the episode was over. I mean…how do you miss those final two scenes?
