Normally, I don't crap on reviewers because I recognize that it's all subjective, and that even a really great game can leave a person feeling cold. But Jesus, man. That IGN review? What a joke.
That's a real shame, you're missig out on one of the best games of last year!
Alien: Isolation in 3rd person would have been a great game.
Alien: Isolation in 1st person is a fucking nightmarish, harrowing experience.
That's the key difference.
And yet most big reviewers panned the game. Now they sit with eggs on their faces while Alien:Isolation is one of last year's most popular game despite their best efforts.
