It looks to me like if you had a ramp or something on the cargo bed of the truck you should "shoot" barrels of whatnot into the building that this barrier is in front of, since the truck stops so suddenly.

It's NOT a Can-Am Spyder. You can clearly see the 1 cylinder ATV/Dirtbike (Most likely ATV - Honda TRX 450r) engine. The Can-Am uses a multi-cylinder set-up. Looks like a home made rear end. No way I would drive that on the highway.
