I heard mixed reviews about this castlevania. I heard something it's like timed missions and such.

And there's the problem. With so many leagues, it's harder to keep track of them. If you unify them, it would be easier for spectators to keep track, and possibly easier to deal with televised events.

3rd strike > SSF4. In every sense. It's more for the hardcore crowd with the parry system, which beats out the focus attack in 4, as well it feels way faster than 4.
