@0seveN: The map editor still leaves errors and he probably used scaffolding to go up and explore. There is no possibilty this was done for real whatsoever.

@psychobaka: Exactly. All night would imply using a map editor, if he said "for the last few months" it would have been believable.

Except he cheated, this did not take him forever, he just edited the map outside of minecraft.

Because being a stranger and following young boys around always turns out well.
