@tvcity6455: Thats because theres a difference between theft which removes the original and copying which duplicates the product in question. Whether its wrong or right is up to the courts and the consumer to decide.

@sweetelectro: I'd say its a PMP. It has the same UI and Apps as a PMP (The touch) just a bigger screen. Its a type of computing device, a portable media player but faaar from what the average joe calls a PC.
