As it says "Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences Hall of Fame" not game. So Molyneux may not have created the best games but he is a forward thinker and always trying to push the boundary's in his field. Execution isn't everything and if you can see past that you realize what the guy has done. Everything that…
Not every game can cater for every player type http://kotaku.com/5857864/which-of-these-27-gamer-classifications-do-you-fall-under. I guess its just not for you :( but its really awesome that you gave it a good shot :)
On reading it seams a little harsh but everything you feel about AC3 is how I felt when playing, almost as a clone of your opinions. Really great well thought out artical interesting, expressive and indepth. I enjoyed reading.
Yey!
They want to build a community firstly before giving it out freely only for people to piss and moan about it being too hard or time consuming to learn. The game takes a little time just to learn and the best way to learn is to play with friends, they want keys to be given out by existing players to friends as an…
I think you hit the nail on the head! The color calibration of the vita seams to make it stand out from the somewhat better spec'ed screens on the market. I am yet to check out the Note2 I'll get back to you with an apology if necessary :P
I think you made some great points there! It's interesting to read your statement about economics. At the heart of it the publishers are a business and if you can't even break even whats the point. I guess I never really understood the shear cost of localizing it can be misleading.
To me Japan has always seamed a rather inward looking country unless they have something great to gain, which is understandable. Yet with digital downloads becoming increasingly popular the risks for a games failing in the worldwide market seam smaller. I really wish more Japanese publishers would take a greater…
I have a Note and a Vita and I can tell you on paper the Note might seam to be better but in reality the Vita's screen just looks fantastic it's something people must see for themselves and if they cant see it then I feel bad for them . Just saying.
If you are buying digitally then you will need a US PSN account but as the Vita is region free when using a game card I am now assuming that it will run on any Vita. As Nightroadx17 said Arena was locked but for 360 not on Vita. I found a few listings on eBay that a claiming its region free but that not much to go…
Ah ok thanks :)
I am in Europe and I don't think there is a release date for whatever reason just 'Spring 2013'. I am curious if this will be region locked, I heard Atlus locked the arena game does anyone know about P4? I will import if its region free :)
This made me think of this haha
I enjoy playing both approaches outlined in the article. After reading it I thought about just how bold Capcom were to create an arguably successful collision of the two. Personally I enjoyed Dragons Dogma and slowly keep going back to New Game +
+1 !
Is there any news on Europe release for this or subsequently if the NA version is region locked?
This is great news for the Vita but their payment system might be their Achilles heal. To me the idea of making micro-payments for the cheap mobile games is great, minimum wallet charge isn't.
+1
I played Magic Archer for the last half of my 1s play through there is a skill called "Reset - Returns the user to a neutral stance, eliminating opening caused by other actions."
