Damn, that is some security indeed. Where are those dastardly terrorists going to find a vulnerable building full of people and money now..

Yeah, I know, and such laws are particularly stupid in the United States. They're mostly in place to mirror the legal responsibility parents have to their children until they turn 18.

Except:

Yeah, I guess that's pretty much the definition of asshole. Not that impressive or shocking though. Author is being a little sensationalist, since I don't think a teenage girl sending nude shots of herself to her "boyfriend" of her own volition (at first) is in the same league as child pornography unless they were

Nice post-processing. Makes for good screenshots; not sure how great it will look in movement but any game with Su-37 has my thumbs up.

Not sure what to say.. movies like Sunshine, Serenity, Pandorum and the various Star Treks.. are ones I enjoyed because of the space stuff. Hell, I even enjoyed Lost In Space remake and Wing Commander.

So the government gets to cash in but the victims don't? If there is anything people should be aware of by now, its that digital information can be shared, stolen, analyzed and so forth. The moment something you want to keep private is out there, you've lost.

I love sci-fi and there are basically no shows I am interested in watching on their network.

I got the 1080p version of Gattaca the other day on a lark. I thought the movie was a classic worth keeping around on my HTPC, even if no one is likely to watch it.

So basically you shot down a guy who had a hobby you did not understand. And then you advertised the fact without ever explaining why he's supposed to be the poor date here.

Phew, thank god they already thought ahead and decided to use it for shipping freight instead of people, before green-lighting that $65 billion cash dump. Wouldn't want to confuse the arctic hicks and bears on both sides.

I don't think she has much interest in tunnels/bridges/roads that actually go somewhere.

Remember when you were a kid and thought bugs were sort of cool and interesting?

Sorry, I don't see any revolution here. Why would I pay a 4x premium for something that, while admittedly looks a lot prettier than most gaming laptops, has the same performance as a $500-700 desktop with a $100 gpu?

There are always SSDs to help with this.

Linux is mostly dead on the desktop, but everywhere else it dominates.

The graphics are out of 2004 and the gameplay doesn't seem like it's better than anything in Freespace or Freespace 2. I really wish a big studio with money would try to do something for the genre...

So, basically like magnets in a toiletrun? Right?

Too old.
