I’m not talking about ancient (and often times loopholed) intellectual property laws, I was speaking about the “morality” of selling a repro as a repro. i.e. If it’s listed as a fake duck and it’s a fake duck and you buy it, you aren’t being scammed. 

It’s almost like the answer to this question is in the first paragraph of the story. 

If they are being sold and advertised as Repos as many of them are, there’s nothing wrong with it. 

Nothing wrong with dissecting a game and its development. But when your dissection is layered with chest thumping ALL CAP bullet points, it turns a thoughtful critique into silly theatrics and diminishes the point.
