jan
That scene with Jan singing Son of a Preacher man was the funniest moment all season.

jason
Jason busting his cell phone and slapping Sookie were effects of the vampire blood he'd been ingesting.

video clips
How is it that I never see the video clips referred to in these comments?

WOMEN KNOW THEY BE SHOPPIN

thoughts
To me it looks like one of those shows that will definitely improve after the pilot. There are far too many elements of promise for it to fail so I hope the scripts get better.

awesome!
I'm super-happy to see this on the TV Club roster. I've always thought the jokes were better than the horrible laugh track. It may not be brilliant, but it's hilarious.

I agree with this completely.

oh wow
read all 8 pages and i love you guys.
My first real celebrity crush was probably Michelle Williams on Dawson's Creek. I was in jr. high when that show was big, and I watched it every week.

who's the killer?
I'm really impressed by this episode. The townspeople make the show for me, I don't really care for Bill, but he's getting more and more interesting as it goes on.

I will find this and watch it for a Jackie Brown reference.

Her tiny part in Brokeback Mountain is the film's only laugh out loud moment. What I hate is that she's seemed to have done something to her face.

brilliant
That was an amazing episode. I laughed at Angela's "THAT'S HOW I SLEEP AT NIGHT" comment for about 20 minutes.

I saved latin.

I never got the Lost vs. Heroes debates. Both shows are too different to compare. Plus, I don't think Lost takes itself that seriously. It's the fans that put all that importance on it.

great review
God, this was hilarious and completely true. Every single word.

films shown on tv far too much…
would have to be included on my most-watched list, so The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, and Overboard are definitely up there. As far as childhood films, I know it's holiday fare like Scrooged, Christmas Story, and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

bummer
That shoe store commercial cracked me up.

zee streets.
This is one of the funniest articles I've read here in a while. Bless you, Nabin.

I think our parents felt the same way we do.

adorable
That's it, I'm going to watch How I Met Your Mother. Neil Patrick Harris is completely adorable and has won me over.
