I think a lot of the stuff on the 2nd disc is better than the actual album. Bangers & Mash is gold. I can't wait to finally see this band live. They have been my no. 1 favorite since I was a girl of 12.

I didn't think that the HW storyline was "thrown away to villanize" Plainview. I thought it showed that he didn't want sympathy from his competition and didn't quite know what to do with the boy, something that shows a human aspect to his character. The scene where young HW comes back and hits his father repeatedly…

"Dear God" is an amazing song. I'm going to have to disagree.
